• Follow payment instructions accurately to ensure successful payment.

2. Refunds

• Plisio payments are non-refundable unless a technical failure occurs.
• Offline payments may be refunded for verified technical issues only.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days.
• Refunds may take up to 14 business days.

3. Subscription Cancellation

• Users may cancel at any time.
• Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund for crypto payments, except verified technical failures.

4. Billing Issues

• Services may be suspended until payment issues are resolved.
