- Follow payment instructions accurately to ensure successful payment.
2. Refunds
- Plisio payments are non-refundable unless a technical failure occurs.
- Offline payments may be refunded for verified technical issues only.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days.
- Refunds may take up to 14 business days.
3. Subscription Cancellation
- Users may cancel at any time.
- Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund for crypto payments, except verified technical failures.
4. Billing Issues
- Contact support immediately for payment problems.
- Services may be suspended until payment issues are resolved.
